Meet the awesome sister-in-law duo (that’s us!) who dreamt up the idea behind Sol & Spirits over one too many martinis and ended up buying a 1975 horse trailer the very next day. While Sol & Spirits continues to evolve and grow, the Remmeys’ goal has remained the same since day one: make every party a bit more exciting.

We'll collaborate with you to select the perfect cocktails for your event, including the option to craft personalized names and tailor your menu to match your theme perfectly.

2. Menu consultation

You'll receive a personalized Purchasing Guide, serving as your comprehensive shopping list for acquiring alcohol for your event, complete with budget breakdowns, multiple options, and cost estimates to ensure transparency and eliminate surprises.

 3. Gather the goods

That's it—leave the rest to us! Our team will arrive a few hours prior to start time, bring the bar and all equipment, and get to work doing what we do best: stirring and shaking up delicious drinks for you and your guests.

Where we’re at now

Mission accomplished (and then some). We now own and operate a full event bartending business, have 2 mobile bars for rent, and have served over 20 events in our first year of business. With new offerings on the way, and bookings going into 2025 all over the state of Pennsylvania, we now realize this is just the beginning of our story. We are beyond grateful and excited to share our venture with you! 

Getting started

It was a cold night in 2023. Following one-too-many night caps, we reminisced on the wedding and wondered how they could bring that same energy to every party. The next day we stumbled upon what is now known as “Goldie”, a rusty 1975 horse trailer, in an online ad from Virginia. A week later, armed with the trailer, an LLC, and boundless ambition, we embarked on transforming it into what is now our beloved mobile bar.

Kelli and Jonny were supposed to get married at a large venue in May 2020. Of course, there was an unforeseen change of plans. In a matter of just a few short months, we re-planned their entire wedding to be in our family backyard. This included converting our old tool shed into a gorgeous full bar, which every guest raved about. It was at that moment we knew we were onto something.

FrEqUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you provide the alcohol? 

No. We are a dry-hire so we cannot sell any alcohol Due to PA liquor laws. This is a win-win because with purchasing your own, you are not upcharged on any liquor costs and you keep all of the leftovers (or you can return if unopened).

How much alcohol will I need to buy?

No worries- we always include a custom Alcohol Purchasing Guide that acts as your shopping list to buying all of your liquor, wine, and beer. We even provide recommendations based on budget and preference and include an estimated cost so you can plan ahead.

Can I decorate your bars?

Of course! Our bars are here to complement your event and personal style. If you’d like to add florals, specific decor, or signage you have full range to do so! Just give us a heads up so we can plan accordingly.

Do you have insurance?

Yes! We carry General & Liquor Liability Insurance for every event. We are happy to send over proof of insurance if needed. 

Are you bartenders RAMP certified?

Yes! All of our bartenders are RAMP certified and comply with Pennsylvania Liquor Laws. Safety is our #1 priority.

What do you bring?

Everything but the booze! Bartenders, bar, ice, refrigeration, cups, napkins, standard bar decor, custom designed & framed menu. 

Do we have to rent the bar?

Nope! If you have a bar already at your venue or in your home, we are happy to work out of that. 

Do you include soft drinks?

Soft drinks are only included in our Dusk ‘til Dawn package. If you’d like to add soft drinks onto another package you can for an additional fee. 

Can you deliver the alcohol to my event?

Of course! We are happy to do so, just give us a heads up so we can coordinate the location/time. This is an add-on and not included in standard packages.
